Our production capabilities include tanks weighing up to 500 kg and with maximum dimensions of 3×2 meters, which enables us to serve a wide range of applications.

Each HydraQ fuel tank undergoes a series of key processes to ensure its highest quality and safety:

Immersion leak testing: We ensure the absolute tightness of every tank. After all openings are sealed and air is injected, the tanks are submerged in water, allowing for the detection of even microscopic leaks and guaranteeing safe use.

Powder coating: We apply a durable and weather-resistant powder coating that not only protects the tank from corrosion and mechanical damage but also provides an aesthetic finish.

Internal cleaning: We perform thorough internal cleaning of the tank to remove any production residues and contaminants, ensuring optimal conditions for the stored fuel.

Assembly and anti-corrosion protection: Upon client request, we also offer the assembly of additional components (e.g., sensors, filters) and the application of specialized internal anti-corrosion protection, adapted to aggressive fuel environments, which significantly extends the tank’s lifespan and reliability.
