We offer production from black (carbon) steel for general applications, as well as from stainless steel and aluminum when increased corrosion resistance, sterility, or a lightweight construction is required. Our production capabilities include tanks weighing up to 500 kg and with maximum dimensions of 3×2 meters, enabling us to cater to a wide range of needs, from small containers to larger industrial storage solutions.

Each liquid tank from HydraQ undergoes a series of key quality control processes to ensure its reliability and safety:

Immersion leak testing
We ensure the absolute tightness of every tank. After hermetic sealing and air filling, the tanks are submerged in water, allowing for precise detection of even the smallest leaks and guaranteeing the safe storage of liquids.

Internal cleaning
We perform thorough internal cleaning of the tank, removing all production residues and contaminants. This is particularly important for liquids requiring high cleanliness standards, such as food products or chemicals.

Component assembly
Upon client request, we also offer the assembly of additional elements, such as nozzles, level sensors, agitators, heaters, or drainage systems, integrating them with the tank’s structure to create a comprehensive and ready-to-use solution.
