At HydraQ, corporate social responsibility is an integral part of our development strategy. As a company headquartered in Bydgoszcz, we feel a strong responsibility both for the natural environment and for the local community in which we operate.

Our approach to CSR is based on genuine commitment and long-term actions. A key focus of our activities is environmental protection and supporting pro-ecological initiatives. The President of HydraQ, Marcin Rybacki, is a co-founder and initiator of the „Czysta Puszcza Bydgoska” initiative — one of the largest regional environmental projects aimed at protecting forest areas and building environmental awareness.

For years, „Czysta Puszcza Bydgoska” has engaged residents, volunteers, public institutions, and businesses in joint efforts to maintain the cleanliness and protection of the Bydgoszcz Forest. This project represents a responsible and consistent approach to environmental care, fully aligned with HydraQ’s values.

At the same time, we actively participate in social and charitable initiatives, supporting people in need as well as local community projects. Our involvement includes initiatives such as Biały Miś, Szlachetna Paczka, and Uśmiechnięty Dzień — nationwide social campaigns carried out in cooperation with media partners.
