The main material we use for tank production is black (carbon) steel, ensuring strength and durability. We are also open to undertaking projects using stainless steel and aluminum, adapting to the specific requirements of the application and operating environment. Our production capabilities include tanks weighing up to 500 kg and with maximum dimensions of 3×2 meters, allowing us to serve a wide range of industrial needs.

Each tank we produce undergoes a series of stringent quality control and finishing processes:

Immersion leak testing: Tanks are hermetically sealed, filled with air, and submerged in water, allowing for precise detection of even the smallest leaks.

Powder coating: We provide a durable and aesthetic external coating that protects the tank from corrosion and mechanical damage.

Washing and cleanliness testing: In our in-house laboratory, we monitor the washing process and then perform cleanliness tests in accordance with ISO 4406 and ISO 4407 standards, ensuring that the tank’s interior meets the highest cleanliness standards for hydraulic fluids.

Assembly and anti-corrosion protection: Upon client request, we also offer the assembly of additional components and the application of internal anti-corrosion protection, which further enhances the tank’s lifespan and reliability in challenging conditions.
